New business: 1. Resolution #04-25 Act 44 Plan of 2009 for Non-uniform Pension Plan (approving plan) 2. Resolution #05-25 Designated Admin of Non-uniform Pension Plan (appointing Cerissa Getz as Admin) 3. We will be having a Public Meeting about the UTV Ordinance.
